Wet & Dry Utilities Modeler
Job description: The Wet & Dry Utilities Modeler is responsible for the following tasks:
- Develop detailed 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and 3D models (Civil 3D)
- Prepare layouts for Water Supply, Drainage, Sewer, Irrigation, District Cooling, Electrical & Telecom networks
- Create pipe networks, profiles, cross-sections & corridor models in Civil 3D
- Coordinate with MEP, infrastructure, structural & architectural teams
- Produce shop drawings, IFC drawings & BOQs
