This role is ideal for someone with experience in caregiving or human services who is passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities live more independent and fulfilling lives.

What You'll Do
Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities and personal care
Assist with behavioral support and encourage positive outcomes
Help individuals build life skills that promote independence and community involvement
Provide emotional and physical support as needed
