What Success Looks Like In This Role
Key Responsibilities
End-User Support
- Provide deskside support for critical and high‑priority users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues across Windows, macOS (Apple products), and Linux
- Assist with onboarding by setting up equipment and accounts for new employees
Hardware & Asset Management
- Assemble and configure workstations (PCs, laptops, monitors)
- Perform physical repairs (RAM, SSD, battery replacements)
- Manage IT asset inventory and stock levels
- Set up and maintain office peripherals (printers, docking stations, monitors, etc.)
AV & Meeting Room Technology
- Support and troubleshoot meeting room audio‑visual equipment, including Crestron systems
Tools & Compliance
- Use JAMF, Intune, and ServiceNow for device management and ticketing
