Job Summary:
The DST Admin is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the dealership’s sales training and development programs. This role ensures the efficient coordination of training activities, preparation of training materials and documentation, and accurate monitoring of training attendance, evaluations, and performance reports. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training-related tasks simultaneously.
