The DTC Lead is part of the Mattel San Bernardino Distribution Center Management team. This position requires you to be flexible to work both 1st and 2nd shift.
Job Description
The DTC Lead is responsible for coordinating and assigning work across operations, including shipping, receiving, and warehouse departments. This role also involves following up with team members to make sure all tasks are completed on time and correctly.
The essential duties and responsibilities for the DTC Lead position include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Ability to be trained and work in all areas of the warehouse including receiving, warehouse, shipping, and promotional assembly.
- Provides direction to employees including assigning work; following up for completion and accuracy; and adherence to company policies, practices and processes.
