Purpose Statement
This role focuses on marketing and selling high-value international real estate properties to Dubai-based investors. As our Sales and Investment Manager you will lead business development and client engagement from our Dubai representative office cultivating trusted long-term client relationships and ultimately closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive investor acquisition and capital raising for high-value residential and hospitality property projects.
- Manage and expand relationships with UHNW and HNW investors across the UAE Europe and global markets.
- Advise clients on structured property investment opportunities integrating knowledge of alternative investments and wealth planning.
