Directing
- Working with script translators and direct voice artist
- Working with Sound Editor to final mix and put sound effects on the final product
- Build and maintain strong, exceptional relationships with all department heads to make sound decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of cutting edge dubbing operational systems and processes that provide visibility into day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and monitor goals, progress, and obstacles for our key dubbing initiatives.
- Uphold organization and industry specific policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.
- Lead teams with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
