**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Quality Control Due Diligence Consultant to be based in Singapore, supporting the APAC region.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Perform first-level quality control reviews on customer due diligence files.
+ Ensure customer due diligence is completed in line with applicable requirements, policies, and procedures.
+ Work closely with KYC Makers to address and resolve any identified issues in line with KYC policy.
+ Review due diligence cases and highlight any discrepancies or areas requiring further investigation.
+ Support the evaluation of due diligence processes and escalate issues or challenges where appropriate.
+ Assist in compiling QC review results and escalate concerns to senior team members or management.
+ Handle moderately complex queries with guidance from senior colleagues where needed.
+ Apply knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in day-to-day activities.
