Responsibilities
- Digital Partner: Act as the primary support for Dutch-speaking SMBs, guiding them through advertising tools and account strategies via phone, email, and chat.
- Problem Solver: Identify client needs and provide effective, high-quality solutions to improve their advertising experience.
- Product Insights: Share direct feedback from the market to help Meta improve its tools and services for businesses worldwide.
