What you'll do
- Review Dutch-language user-generated content flagged for potential policy violations
- Apply platform community guidelines accurately and consistently
- Make fast, well-reasoned decisions: approve, remove or escalate
- Maintain accuracy standards measured through regular quality audits
What we're looking for
- Fluent in Dutch — C1/C2 level, including cultural and contextual understanding
- English at B2 or above for training and escalation processes
- Detail-oriented and methodical — able to work at volume without losing accuracy
