In this important role, you will provide top-notch support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel bookings, inquiries, and any concerns they may have regarding their reservations.
Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you help clients navigate booking processes, resolve issues, and ensure that their travel experiences are seamless. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat for Booking.com inquiries
- Assist customers with booking procedures, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner
