We are currently looking for Native Dutch speakers (C1–C2, Netherlands standard — no Flemish accents) with B2 English to join a Customer Support team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries and issues
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
