Important: This position is fully remote but requires you to live in Greece (Athens or elsewhere). If youre not already living in Greece, we provide a full relocation package to help you settle in smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshoot technical and service issues (full training provided)
- Keep accurate records and help improve customer experience
- Collaborate with a young, dynamic, and multicultural team
