We are an international BPO company delivering customer service projects across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. We are currently expanding in Tunis by building a Dutch-speaking Quality Control team in the customer service sector.
We are looking for candidates with good Dutch language skills, intermediate level In English and strong communication skills.
The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring interactions, evaluating service quality, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting continuous performance improvement within the operations team.
