What you'll do
- Engage Dutch-speaking customers via inbound and outbound calls
- Present products and offers, handle objections and close
- Run retention, upsell and winback campaigns
- Log all interactions in CRM and report against individual sales targets
What we're looking for
- Fluent in Dutch — C1/C2 level
- English at B2 or above
- Confident, persuasive communicator — comfortable in a target-driven environment
- Previous sales, retention or telemarketing experience preferred
- EU work authorisation or valid Portuguese residence permit
