Duty Manager – SPAR (Elton)
Pay: £13.75 per hour, Minimum 24 hours per week (including evenings and weekends), Flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to maintain a safe, legal, high‑performing store during Duty Manager shifts.
- Deliver store operations, objectives and KPIs.
- Manage, coach, and support colleagues, fostering a motivated and empowered team.
- Carry out performance and absence management, opening/closing duties, and ensure colleague safety.
- Perform cash reconciliations, voids, refunds and other till management tasks.
- Serve as a role model and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote the store and engage the local community.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
