Responsibilities
+ To act on behalf of management to monitor daily operations, tackle problems when they arise and to ensure the hotel is functioning smoothly at all times
+ To be accountable for handling guests’ complaints, comments and suggestions tactfully
+ To have knowledge of operations in each and every department and coordinate operations among them
+ To conduct daily hotel inspections to ensure everything is in proper order and all staff is performing their duties in compliance with the hotel policies and procedures
+ To be accountable for extending our hotel courtesy to all guests, particularly VIPs and ensure they receive proper attention at all times
+ To be acquainted with daily house functions, room occupancy and other relevant information for better handling of guest flow
+ To be responsible for assisting the check-in and escorting VIP guests to the hotel rooms
