To be successful in this role you will have:
- Natural leadership and highly organised qualities
- Strong interest and passion for the health & fitness industry
- Adequate financial skills
- Previous experience in food and beverage would be an advantage
- Operational experience
- Current qualifications in First Aid and Resuscitation, RSA, Pool Lifeguard
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to take pool chemical tests and monitor auto chemical controllers
- Ensuring efficient operations across the Club
- Managing the opening and closing of the Club
