SUMMARY:
Luxury Boutique Hotel in Sandton is looking for an experienced Duty Manager. The Duty Manager acts as the property's primary leader on the floor, overseeing daily operations, guest relations, and cross-departmental coordination during their shift. You will ensure a seamless, luxurious guest experience while maintaining strict health, safety, and service standards across all departments. POSITION INFO:
Duties: Maintain a visible presence in public areas to welcome VIPs, anticipate guest needs, and handle any preferences.
Perform service recovery, resolving complaints and inquiries quickly and professionally to protect the hotel’s reputation.
Coordinate shifts across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Spa departments.
Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure the property's ambiance is flawless.
