Job Description
Duties
- Maintain a visible presence in public areas to welcome VIPs, anticipate guest needs, and handle any preferences.
- Perform service recovery, resolving complaints and inquiries quickly and professionally to protect the hotel’s reputation.
- Coordinate shifts across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Spa departments.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure the property's ambiance is flawless.
- Lead shift handovers and brief staff on daily VIP arrivals and hotel events.
- Mentor junior team members on the floor and step into operational roles during busy periods.
- Oversee daily reporting, end-of-day handovers, and Property Management System (PMS) operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash-ups.
- Ensure all staff adhere to strict health, hygiene, and emergency protocols.
