Job Description

The Role

 

The Duty Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee the safety and operation of the facility with support from the Management Team and to direct day to day activities of the Health Club, Aquatics, Programs, and Private Hires.

Our Duty Manager's are responsible for all general enquiries, sales and bookings and provide an exceptional Guest Experience to all members and guests. 

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong leadership experience with an ability to inspire others
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of work health and safety legislative guidelines, evacuation and emergency procedures.
  • Ability to work weekends, mornings and evenings 
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children's check and National Police Check clearance
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
