Job Description

Duties

  • Correspondences with apartment owners and residents

  • Overseeing the daily activities in the building

  • Supervising and managing the building staff (cleaners, receptionists, technicians, securities etc.)

  • Organizing and planning the works to be done with external contractors.

  • Preparing weekly duty roster for the building staff and monitoring their attendance

  • Supervising the technical and other works done in the apartments

  • Reporting all staff, resident, apartment and building related issues to the management

  • Planning and scheduling weekly, monthly, yearly activity plan for the building
