Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals for cooling tower projects based on client specifications and tender requirements.
- Analyze RFQs, technical specifications, and commercial terms to develop customized solutions.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and sales teams for inputs and cost estimations.
- Perform costing, pricing, and margin analysis to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, tender discussions, and client clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, project requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain proposal documentation, bid records, and MIS reports.
- Support the sales team during negotiations and order finalization.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
