Ignata is seeking a Business Support Specialist in Zurich to support day-to-day business operations. This role offers an initial 6-month contract at 80%-100% workload. You'll manage accounts payable and receivable, coordinate travel bookings, and provide general office administration.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and be fluent in both German and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with Ariba is a plus.
