Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Sales Coordinator (Project) to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Job Description- Prepare proposal, and paperwork, such as quotation, sales order / purchase orders, and others
- Provide administrative support on sales related tasks, including system maintenance
- Assist in customer service (work with customers directly when necessary)
- Work with Procurement Team to obtain the best price and terms to close sales
- Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and project completion within schedule.
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance and issues, and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Arrangement of delivery including DDP/Sample to customer.
