Pricing & Promotions: Set up flash sales, vouchers, and campaign participations (e.g., 11.11, 25th Payday sales) on Shopee/Lazada. Inventory Sync: Ensure online stock levels accurately reflect our warehouse availability to prevent overselling. Digital Content & Social Media Visual Marketing: Take clear photos and short videos of new arrivals (new aqua scaping gear or rare plants) for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
