Hiring: Junior E-commerce Executive
Location: Greater Noida (Work from Office)
We are looking for a Ecommerce Executive to support day-to-day ecommerce operations across our brands. This role is ideal for someone who has basic experience with Shopify/backend operations, product cataloguing and customer handling and is looking to grow in the D2C ecommerce space.
Key Responsibilities:
Website & Shopify Management
- Managing day-to-day Shopify backend activities
- Product listings, collections, pricing and discount updates
- Supporting homepage updates, website hygiene and merchandising
- Assisting with PDPs and basic SEO tasks
Customer Management (B2C)
- Handling customer queries via calls & WhatsApp
- Assisting customers with product recommendations
