Job Responsibilities 1. E-Commerce Platform Management
- Manage the daily operations and maintenance of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Redmart, Fariprice online and other online marketplaces.
- Handle product listings, delistings, pricing updates, inventory management, and product content optimization.
- Ensure all product information, descriptions, images, specifications, and promotional details are accurate and up to date.
- Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to arrange shipments and track delivery status.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales service issues professionally.
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and marketplace chat platforms.
