Job Description
We're looking for a highly driven E-Commerce Lead to take full ownership of our online business growth. This role goes beyond marketplace operations—you'll be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, improving channel performance, and leading the e-commerce team with a data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the performance of all e-commerce channels, including Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop commercial and sales strategies for each marketplace.
- Manage traffic acquisition, live commerce, promotional campaigns, and marketplace activations.
- Optimize storefront performance, conversion rates, and customer journey.
- Coordinate pricing strategies, inventory readiness, forecasting, and budgeting.
