● Become key member of Senior Executive team
● Develop and implement digital marketing strategy
● Set up and manage e-commerce sales channels - marketplaces, website, and others online sales channels
● Create effective social media communication (Zalo, Facebook, Instagram,...) to directly or indirectly support sales
● Design data driven organization and build efficient executive team
● Test the new products, analyze market potential - Yes, that also means free product samples of cool brands from all over the world. Be the first person in Vietnam to test them and decide which to import and sell
● Conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics.
