This role goes beyond media buying—it requires someone who can blend data, creativity, AI tools, and consumer understanding to build a high-performance, full-funnel ecosystem across D2C and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Growth
- Lead and scale performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Own budget allocation, CAC, ROAS, and LTV optimization
- Build and execute full-funnel strategies (awareness → conversion → retention)
