Job Description

Key Responsibilities/ 主要职责

  • Work out annual online calendar to drive ecommerce business growth with building blocks (Daily sales, Brand Campaigns, NPDs, Key Festival, Regular promotions, etc.)
  • Accountable for the delivery of sales turnover, GMV, service quality and store profitability.
  • Manage and guide TP’s operation strategy, plans and execution of store in terms of merchandising, activity planning, customer service, Pricing and logistic delivery
  • Responsible for managing the PT for execution and day-to-day management of the store set-up and operations ..
  • Responsible for the business planning, budget management and control, provide good level of stock and replenishment to Supply Chain.
