Job Summary:
The E-commerce Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing online store operations on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce channels. This role ensures smooth daily operations, maximizes sales performance, and provides an excellent shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce stores, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Upload new products and optimize product titles, descriptions, and images.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or supply teams to ensure stock availability.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and participate in platform events (e.g., flash sales, double-day sales).
