E-Commerce & Retail Assistant
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes fashion, with a sharp eye for detail and a natural feel for both digital and in store experience. This is a unique, dual role, owning the online store while being part of the in store team delivering a considered, elevated customer journey.
You'll take the lead on all things e-commerce, ensuring the online store reflects the brand at every touchpoint, while also bringing that same energy and understanding to the shop floor.
What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing the day to day of the online store, orders, product uploads, inventory + customer comms
- Ensuring the online experience feels seamless, refined, and on brand
