Job Description
The Retail Media Jr Manager is responsible for the execution, optimization, and reporting of retail media campaigns across key eCommerce platforms, primarily Amazon and Mercado Libre.
This role ensures that paid media activations support commercial sell-out objectives by driving traffic, improving conversion, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) during always‑on and peak promotional periods.
The position operates within defined brand and commercial frameworks, translating strategy into disciplined campaign execution and continuous performance improvement.
This is a hands‑on role for a performance‑driven operator who thrives in data, platform tools, and execution excellence.
