Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize merchant documents (bank statements, IDs, etc.) in Dropbox or Box folders, Collect information
- Fill out and manage merchant account applications including entity information, website details, business descriptors, and average ticket prices
- Update and maintain records in Airtable
- Admin work and communicate and coordinate with clients and vendors (Back and forth with clients)
- Light inbound phone calls only as needed
