E-Commerce Specialist (Remote)
And we’re looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle customer emails, texts, and phone calls (low-touch inquiries, general questions about products/process)
- Coordinate shipping logistics – get quotes from FedEx, crating companies, communicate with shippers and customers
- Manage inventory lifecycle – receiving from shippers, tracking, uploading to Shopify, through to delivery
- Schedule high-touch sales calls for serious prospects
- Communicate with auction houses regarding shipping/receiving
- Handle order fulfillment and processing through Shopify
