Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive e-learning content using authoring tools like Articulate and Adobe Captivate.
- Apply instructional design theories to create effective online learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate objectives into e-learning content.
- Design learning paths and structured e-learning programs.
- Manage and maintain LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas).
- Troubleshoot LMS technical issues and monitor learner progress.
- Create and edit multimedia elements like audio, video, and graphics.
