Job Description
We are seeking an experienced E/M Technician with strong electrical and mechanical experience to support warranty repairs, retrofits, and field service operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently diagnose, repair, and service equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Complete warranty and retrofit work in accordance with company standards
- Install, modify, and upgrade equipment and systems in the field
- Accurately document service activities, parts usage, and repair reports
- Communicate effectively with customers, technical support, and internal teams
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in safe working condition
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
