Core Responsibilities
- Circuit Switched Governance (MSC/MGW/HLR/VLR)
- Govern maintenance, release activities, and availability of MSC, MGW, HLR, VLR systems.
- Define and enforce fault/change/performance governance policies, including MTTR and SLA targets.
- Collaborate with RAN, NOC, billing, and interconnect teams.
- IMS Core Governance
- Oversee deployment and operation of IMS elements: P-CSCF, I-CSCF, S-CSCF, HSS, MGCF, BGCF, ...
