Job Title: E2E QA Lead Location: Toronto, ON Work Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred) Skills: Test Automation~Obtaining Stakeholder Commitment~Functional Testing Experience Required: 10 & Above Role Descriptions: Top 3 Required Skills: 1. End-to-End Test Strategy & Planning 2. Strong Test Execution & Defect Management 3. QA Leadership & Stakeholder Communication Top 3 Preferred Skills: 1. Test Automation Knowledge 2. API, Database & Backend Validation Skills 3. Domain / Business Process Knowledge Roles and Responsibilities: Act as the end to end technical owner for business banking initiatives Must have strong knowledge on the business banking data Lead solution design(real-time and batch integrations) across different application and platforms(on-prem, cloud) Define and enforce architectural patterns and best practices to ensure technical excellence Prior experience leading large, cross functional delivery teams
