This role supports the development of investment strategies, assists in deal execution, contributes to the incubation of new businesses, and plays a role in group restructuring activities. The role involves close collaboration with the senior leadership team, with a focus on supporting the growth of the investment portfolio and new business ventures.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling, Maintaining & Co-ordination of Appointments, Calendar Management, VMS etc. with both internal and external stakeholders
Co-ordination with service providers Telephone/IT/VMS/TCI/Garage etc.
Co-ordination of conference rooms, travel and stay arrangements
Co-ordination and follow-ups with cross functional departments
Handling department expenses, vendor payments & co-ordination with finance departm...
