The successful candidate will -

• Support the planning, organisation and administration of the school's enrichment programme ensuring a wide range of co‑curricular activities that reflect the school's priorities and values.
• Assist trip leaders in coordinating school trips including transport, accommodation, activities and regulatory approvals.
• Provide administrative and communication support to families ensuring information is clear, timely and reassuring.
• Maintain accurate records of enrichment activities and trips including attendance, payments and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with staff, external providers and the Health & Safety team to ensure all activities and trips are safe, well‑prepared and compliant with ADEK requirements.
