Even as some positions have minimal direct contact with guests, each staff member has an essential role in forming and maintaining Christian community. Job Summary: Partner with the Director, teachers, students, and families across all Wonder Academy classrooms to promote social-emotional development, positive behavior, strengthen classroom culture, and equip staff with effective behavior support strategies in a manner that reflects dignity, restoration, and Christian faith values.
FLSA: Full-time, 10-month, Non-Exempt
