We are looking for an Early Help Community Worker to join our busy team in Breckland, working in various locations across the district. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Communities & Partnerships team within Norfolk County Council’s Children’s Services, part of the new Family Hub arrangements for Norfolk.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
