(WEEKDAYS) We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Intervention Service Practitioner to join our team. The Early Intervention Service Practitioner will work with children and families to provide support and intervention services aimed at addressing developmental delays or disabilities in infants and young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child development, experience working with diverse populations, and a commitment to providing high-quality services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct developmental screenings and assessments to identify children at risk for developmental delays or disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of each child and family.
