The Recruitment Specialist, Early Talent is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive early talent attraction strategy, with a strong focus on building relationships with colleges, universities, trade schools, and high schools. This role leads the end‑to‑end student hiring program, managing campus recruitment activities, coordinating outreach initiatives, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from attraction through onboarding. Additionally, this role increases awareness of construction roles among young talent and pre‑post secondary education.
