Job Title: Early Works Construction Project ManagerLocation: Reno, NV (Onsite)
Pay Rate: range likely within $85–$101/hr (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: 40 hours/week + ~15 hours OT
Position SummaryThe Early Works Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, compliance, and execution of Early Works construction activities in support of large-scale data center development projects.
This role will direct and coordinate daily field operations and ensure successful delivery of complex civil scopes including mass grading, site development, environmental remediation, and utility infrastructure. The position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with quality and regulatory requirements.
