Job Description
We are looking for an Early Years Teacher for a Family center based in Shanghai’s Qingpu district. This is a full-time position starting ASAP.
Job responsibilities
Together with teaching assistant, support the children in their learning‐journey from Tuesday to Saturday During this time, you will:
- Teach daily class activities to students aged 0-3 as assigned by the center, creating an English learning environment
- Provide emotional/therapeutic support to address behavioral challenges
- Lead parent workshops and collaborate with families to strengthen home learning environments
- Advocate for families’ access to resources
- Organize events, track student progress, and maintain program records
