We’re looking for a Multi‑Skilled Earthworks Operator to join our hardworking team. Be part of a respected local company and help deliver quality projects you can be proud of!
What we’re looking for:
- 2‑3 years’ experience in civil construction or earthworks
- Confident operating dump trucks, loaders, rollers, and water carts
- Class 2 licence and WTR essential
- Proven skills in bulk earthworks, trenching, final trim, and general excavation
- Experience on other machines (graders, loaders, bulldozers) is an advantage
- Strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- NZ residency or valid NZ work visa
